## What was holding the old site back

Parents choose a kindergarten on their phones, often in the evening or on the go. On a phone, the old site opened with a wall of text and the main photo sat below the first screen.

Ads had nowhere good to go either: a general page did not help parents quickly see whether the kindergarten suits their child.

## What we did

1. **Rebuilt the site on WordPress.** A new design in the brand colors. We kept only what was valuable from the old site: real texts, teacher photos, diplomas and certificates.
2. **Designed the first screen for phones.** The photo at the top and a headline about the English-language environment, which matters most to parents.
3. **Created a separate quiz for ads.** Child's age, city, what matters to parents, phone number. It takes under half a minute and filters out accidental clicks.
4. **Showed teacher qualifications.** Diplomas and certificates open right on the page.
5. **Set up inquiries.** They reach Telegram instantly, and the form is protected from spam.
6. **Connected analytics.** You can see how many inquiries ads brought and from which source.

## Result

The site, quiz and inquiries work as one system: ads lead to the quiz, the inquiry reaches Telegram instantly, and analytics shows the source.
