## Why the third-party service had to go

The agency collected inquiries through a third-party survey builder. Inquiries did not reach the CRM automatically, and ads needed a precise signal about real inquiries.

Its own quiz gives control over everything: the look, the questions, inquiry delivery and tracking.

## What we did

1. **Moved the quiz to the agency's domain.** The copy and question logic stayed; only its address changed.
2. **Kept the path to an inquiry short.** Five travel questions in about 30 seconds, then contact details and a field for wishes.
3. **Connected a sheet.** Every inquiry with its answers lands in a Google Sheet.
4. **Connected the agency's CRM.** A lead is created automatically, and the destination is visible right away so it can go to the right expert.
5. **Trained ads on real inquiries.** The inquiry event fires only after the contact is actually saved, so ads learn from real inquiries.

## Result

Managers receive each inquiry with all its answers automatically, with no manual copying.
