Advertising for dental and medical clinics that brings patients, not just clicks
We run Google Ads and Instagram/Facebook ads for dental practices, medical centres and private clinics. We count booked appointments, not clicks — so you see what each patient costs.
Why clinic advertising hits a ceiling
A typical situation: ads are running, there is demand, and the owners are ready to invest more. But as soon as the budget goes up, each lead gets almost proportionally more expensive — and patient numbers don't grow. It looks like the market is exhausted.
In reality the cause is usually not the ads themselves. In the dental network we worked with there were three: branches competed with each other for the same queries, Google counted opening the booking form as a lead instead of submitting it, and the ads were disconnected from the clinic's booking database. Once that was fixed, the budget could grow — and leads grew with it.
Results in the medical niche
Numbers straight from our clients' ad accounts.
We split search queries between clinics so they stopped outbidding each other, set up tracking of real bookings only and connected GA4 to the clinic's CRM. The budget grows — and leads don't get more expensive. Read the full case →

Signs your clinic's ads are losing money
What we most often find in clinic ad accounts:
Bigger budget, pricier leads
Every budget increase brings fewer new patients.
More leads in the account than real bookings
The ads count the wrong actions — opening a form or tapping the phone number — and learn from them.
Branches compete with each other
Campaigns for different clinics or services show for the same queries and push up each other's cost per click.
No idea who actually showed up
Ads aren't connected to the CRM or booking log, so nobody knows what a normal cost per patient is.
What we do for a clinic
Scope is agreed after a brief. Usually it covers:
Talking to doctors and front desk
We find out which services bring patients, who actually comes in and what people ask on the phone.
Google Search ads
Campaigns by service and area, queries split between branches, negative keywords against irrelevant enquiries.
Instagram and Facebook ads
For services, promotions and new branches — optimised for leads, not reach.
Tracking real bookings
Conversions, GA4 and a connection to the clinic's CRM, so the ads learn from people who actually booked.
Landing pages
Improving ad landing pages or a landing page in 3–5 days if the site doesn't convert.
Healthcare ad policies
We follow Google and Meta restrictions on medical services so ads pass review.
How we work
Free express audit
We review the ad account, the site and lead tracking.
Clinic interview
Services, average ticket, doctors' schedules, branches.
Tracking and structure
We set up conversions and split campaigns by service and branch.
Launch
Google Ads and, where it makes sense, Instagram/Facebook.
Reports and scaling
Cost per lead and per patient for each service; budget grows where the numbers work.
Frequently asked questions
How much does dental or clinic advertising cost?
Ad management starts from $200; the ad budget is paid separately, directly to Google or Meta. We give an exact price after a free express audit.
What will the cost per lead be?
It depends on the city, services and competition. For reference: in the dental network case a lead cost $6.7, in a private care clinic — $2.8. We give a realistic estimate for your clinic after the audit.
We have several branches. Is that a problem?
No, but the campaign structure has to account for it. Otherwise branches compete for the same queries and raise each other's cost per click. That's exactly what we fixed for the dental network.
What's better for a clinic — Google Ads or Instagram?
Google catches people who are already searching for a service, like "dental implants price" or "dentist near me". Instagram and Facebook work well for promotions, new branches and non-urgent services. Often a combination works best, but we pick the starting channel based on your numbers.
Do Google and Meta allow medical ads?
Yes, with restrictions on wording, images and some procedures. We take them into account when preparing ads.
Do we need a new website?
Not necessarily. We first fix lead tracking and improve pages once we can see where patients drop off. If you don't have a site, we can build a landing page in 3–5 days.
