Google ads that bring in customers
Search campaigns, Performance Max, and remarketing — with clean keyword research, cross-negative matching, and conversion tracking tied to GA4.
Is switching on Google Ads by itself enough?
“Running Google Ads” isn't one action — it's a choice among several fundamentally different formats that buy impressions in different places: search results, millions of partner sites, YouTube, Gmail, Google Shopping. Search ads show up for people who've already typed an intent to buy — the strongest fit for services and local businesses with clear demand. Shopping ads are built from a product feed in Merchant Center and suit ecommerce far more than services. Performance Max automatically spreads impressions across every Google surface at once, but its results depend directly on the quality of the conversion data it's fed — if the key events in your analytics aren't tagged correctly, the algorithm optimizes blind. In most cases the right answer isn't one format but a combination of two or three campaign types matched to your actual funnel, not “turn everything on” without deciding which channel does which job.

Signs Google Ads is spending more than it needs to
The usual places where budget flows past the leads:
Lots of clicks from generic queries
There is traffic in the report but few leads — because ads show on broad phrases with no clear intent to buy.
No negative-keyword list
You pay every day for irrelevant impressions: “free”, “DIY”, “jobs” and hundreds more.
Performance Max eats the budget
The campaign takes most of the money, but it is unclear which placements and queries drive that.
Conversions aren’t reconciled with the CRM
The account counts “conversions”, but those are forms and clicks, not real deals — so optimization targets the wrong people.
What's included in the service
Scope is agreed individually after a brief — the base package typically includes:
Audit or launch from scratch
We review your keyword research and account structure, or build campaigns from zero around a business goal.
Negative keywords & cross-negation
Campaigns don't compete against each other for the same queries — budget isn't spent twice.
Search, Performance Max, remarketing
A combination of campaign types matched to the goal and budget, not a cookie-cutter setup.
Conversion tracking in GA4
Optimization for real leads and sales, not just impressions and clicks.
Landing page input
Recommendations for the pages traffic lands on — traffic quality affects cost per click as much as bids do.

How we work
A transparent process with no surprises at any stage.
Audit & goal
We look at the niche, search demand, the current account and analytics, and fix a target cost per lead.
Account structure
Campaigns, ad groups, keywords and negatives — Search, Performance Max and remarketing kept separate.
Ads & landing pages
Ad copy tied to the actual queries, extensions, and a check against what the site really promises.
Launch & data collection
We start on a controlled budget and clean the search-terms report daily for the first weeks.
Conversion-led optimization
Bids, queries, audiences and schedule are tuned to real leads, not clicks.
Scaling
We expand what pays off: budget, new campaigns, adjacent queries.
One-off setup or ongoing management
Pick what you need right now.
Setup and handover
Audit or launch from scratch, keyword research and account structure, negative keywords, GA4 conversion tracking, team training — then you run the ads yourself.
Ongoing management
Weekly work on search terms, bids and audiences, ad and landing-page testing, reports on cost per lead.
Frequently asked questions
How is Performance Max different from Search campaigns?
Performance Max shows ads across several Google networks at once (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail) based on goals and audience signals, while Search campaigns only run on specific queries. Combining both usually gives the best result.
Why do I need cross-negation?
Without it, several campaigns can compete against each other for the same query, artificially inflating the bid. Cross-negation splits traffic between campaigns by priority.
Can I run Google Ads without GA4?
Technically yes, but without GA4 you only see what Google's own dashboard shows you — and it's always inclined to flatter its own performance. We recommend running them together.
How long until the first results?
Search campaigns bring the first leads within days. Stabilizing cost per lead usually takes 3–4 weeks of active work on queries and bids.
Does Google Ads suit a local business?
Yes — for local services it is often the fastest channel: the person is already searching “service + city”, you just need to show first and send them to a decent page.
What about an existing account?
An audit first. It is often better to rebuild the structure and keep the conversion history than to start from zero — but sometimes the opposite is true.
