This is a live project: the store is updated all the time, so the site may show more than this case describes. We completed over 90 improvements in the first 10 days.
In short
- Client: a home wear and textile store delivering across Ukraine.
- Task: launch a large catalog that is easy to buy from on a phone and brings customers in from search.
- What we did: a custom design, easy size selection, quick checkout, automatic stock updates and Google Shopping.
- Result: two days passed from the start of work to opening the site to Google, and the store keeps being improved.
Why a ready-made theme would not work
A clothing catalog is complicated: sizes, colors, fabrics, seasons, heights, children's ages. A shopper on a phone has a few seconds to find their size, and a template theme would not handle that.
The second challenge is price and stock. They change constantly, and keeping hundreds of models up to date by hand is impossible. The store launched without ads, so speed and a search-friendly structure were required from day one.
What we did
- Built a custom store design. Marketplace logic: catalog, search, dense product cards. We showed design options first, the owner chose a direction, and the brand style was refined through separate rounds of edits.
- Put the catalog in order. Filters by size, color, fabric, season and price work without reloading the page. Sizes follow one format, and every product has a size chart.
- Simplified buying. The cart opens from the side, checkout fits on one page, there is a one-click order, and desktop has a sticky "Add to cart" bar.
- Automated stock. Stock and prices update on their own every 30 minutes, and a manager adds new items with one button in Telegram.
- Connected orders and order tracking. Every order lands in a Google Sheet and a work chat. A manager changes the status in the sheet, and it syncs with the site.
- Set up sales tracking. Analytics records a purchase once the customer has actually received the order. Returns are counted too.
- Prepared the store for search. Dedicated pages for search queries, a blog, clean URLs, structured data and a Google Shopping feed.

Result
Figures as of November 2026. PageSpeed was measured on the homepage, catalog and product page across all four scores.
