Beauty salon website: treatments, training and equipment sales in one place

In short

What made it hard

One business has three different customers: someone wants a treatment, someone wants to learn, someone wants to buy equipment. A person arriving from an ad has to land on their own topic, not search for it among others.

On top of that, equipment links used to lead to Instagram, so people left the site before inquiring.

What we did

  1. Separated the business lines. Treatments, prices, training, equipment and the studio page all have their own URLs.
  2. Created equipment pages. A gallery, specifications, what comes in the box and an inquiry form, so the buyer stays on the site.
  3. Built ad quizzes. A short quiz for each training and equipment direction.
  4. Added real proof. Reviews, graduate photos and certificates.
  5. Moved the site to WordPress. The owner changes texts and photos without a developer.
  6. Launched a Telegram bot. The bot asks for the topic and contact details and forwards the inquiry to the owner.
  7. Connected ads and analytics. You can see which inquiries came from ads and which from the bot.
