This is a live project: we regularly add cases and articles and refresh the design, so the site changes every month.

In short

• Task: a site that brings in inquiries from search and answers client questions before the first conversation.
• What we did: 90+ pages in two languages: services, cases, a blog, a budget calculator, Telegram inquiries and analytics.
• Result: the site is live and keeps evolving: it is where we test solutions before using them in client projects.

Why an agency needs a site like this

Clients almost always check an agency before the first call: they open the site, look at the cases, search for answers. If the site cannot stand up to that, it no longer matters what the ads cost.

We needed a site that shows what we do for clients: clear services, real numbers, speed and precise analytics. No website builders or heavy themes, so any detail can be changed in minutes.

What we did

1. Wrote the site in custom code. No builder and no database: pages open fast, and a site like this is far harder to break or take down.
2. Gave every service its own page. Google and Meta ads, analytics, CRM, Telegram bots, websites. Each has its own offer, process, questions and inquiry form.
3. Added proof. Cases with numbers, a video testimonial, certificates and detailed case pages.
4. Launched a blog for business owners. Plain-language articles about decisions owners make themselves, not instructions for specialists.
5. Built tools for clients. An ad budget calculator and a free express audit.
6. Set up inquiry handling. A form inquiry reaches Telegram instantly with its source and page, the form is protected from bots, and a bot offers a service menu.
7. Prepared the site for search and AI. Ukrainian and English versions, structured data, files for AI search and text copies of pages.
